Fans have been holding their breath waiting for new episodes – but now, the first look behind the scenes of Severance Season 2 has been revealed.
Apple TV+ might be one of the more underestimated streaming platforms when it comes to content, though thanks to Killers of the Flower Moon, Napoleon, and Masters of the Air, it’s looking to move to the forefront.
One of the platform’s most popular original shows to date is Severance, which debuted with its first season back in 2022.
While much has been kept under wraps regarding Severance Season 2, a first behind-the-scenes look has finally been revealed.

The first behind-the-scenes look for the highly-anticipated Severance Season 2 has officially been revealed.
In the snap, Mark (Adam Scott) is seen running down a corridor – although what to remains out of shot.

By the end of Season 1, Ms. Casey is confirmed to be Gemma in a photo that Mark finds, only able to get out the words “She’s alive!” to Devon before the overtime contingency is deactivated.
Little has been revealed about what Severance Season 2 will have in store, with cast member Patricia Arquette telling ET: “I think these guys have been working really hard, and come up with a lot of really creative things. They have a whole world in their minds. They just let us in, piece by piece, into what’s going on, but I think it will be fun and beautiful.”
Alongside the existing cast – who are all supposed to be making their return – new faces confirmed for future episodes include Bob Balaban, Robby Benson, Stefano Carannante, Gwendoline Christie, John Noble, Ólafur Darri Ólafsson, Alia Shawkat, and Merritt Wever. Season 2 will be six episodes long, and is expected to be released at some point in 2024.
“Loved Adam Scott in this show and I can’t wait for S2. Such an interesting concept for a show,” one fan posted on X/Twitter in response to the exclusive preview shot. “Let’s goooooooo!!!! Excited that it’s rolling!” added another.
“Seeing proof that Season two is in production has me ready to shed actual tears I’m not gonna lie,” a third chimed in, with a fourth writing: “Still in production? It’s literally been 2 years since the first season. Smh What a crime, esp after leaving us hanging on one of the most edge-of-the-seat finales in TV history.”
