Twitch star Fanum revealed he experienced a possible heart attack, reminding his viewers that “health is wealth” in a post that took fans by surprise.
26-year-old Roberto ‘Fanum’ is an extremely popular influencer with an audience of over two million followers on Twitch.
At the time of writing, it’s been five days since the streamer went live on the platform — and on June 14, he revealed why he’s been absent.
In a post on Twitter/X, Fanum revealed that he’d suffered a possible heart attack or health scare, but confirmed that he’d be back to streaming the next day.
“Had a heart attack / scare two days ago and not gonna lie… I thought I was outta here chat, another reminder that health is wealth!” he wrote. “I will be streaming tomorrow, 100%. 10+ HOUR STREAM TOMORROW.”
Fans were quick to send the streamer their well-wishes, hoping the influencer has a quick recovery and continues to prioritize his physical health.

“Prayers bro, health is everything,” another said.
Still others urged the broadcaster to get on “some type of diet,” likely due to his humorous ‘Fanum Tax’ bit that he’s become famous for online.
‘Fanum Tax’ is now prominent internet slang thanks to something Fanum often does during fellow streamer Kai Cenat’s broadcasts. Any time Cenat is about to dig into a meal or a snack, Fanum will burst into his streaming room and steal some for himself, sparking the term ‘Fanum Tax.’
Fanum is part of the AMP content group, which also includes Kai Cenat, arguably one of the biggest streamers on Twitch and a massive personality known for inviting some of the biggest names in hip-hop onto his channel.
There has been an “alarming” rise of heart attacks in younger adults, as per research presented at the 2019 conference for American College of Cardiology. Risk factors include poor diet, lack of physical activity, substance abuse, among other aspects.
