The Modern Warfare Season 3 Battle Pass is now live, and it includes a pile of brand new content, including two new weapons, operator Alex, cosmetic items, CoD points, XP boosts, and much more.
A bumper update on April 7 officially launched Modern Warfare’s third season — this time for Warzone as well as multiplayer — and it’s packed all the way to the brim with a ton of content for players to enjoy over the coming weeks.
As part of the launch, the title’s third Battle Pass also went live. In it lies more than 100 tiers of loot, guns, boosts, and more that fans can now unlock, either by grinding Modern Warfare, purchasing tiers, or combining both.
As with Seasons 1 and 2, this new Battle Pass includes both free and premium tiers, the latter needing to be purchased with CoD Points.
However, anything that actually affects gameplay, namely the season’s new weapons, are also included in the pass’ free tiers. This means players can unlock them without having to spend a single dime, if they want.
A full breakdown of this Battle Pass can be found below, including how much it costs and all of the rewards and items that it offers.
How much does the Season 3 Battle Pass cost?
If you want to access the premium part of the Battle Pass, it will set you back 1,000 Points, or approximately $10 – the same price as Season 2. There’s also the option of purchasing it with an additional 20 tier skips for 2,400 Points.

For those who prefer getting the items right away instead of grinding the game, you can always buy individual tiers at $1.50 each, which sets the price for unlocking the full Pass at around $150.
What’s included in Modern Warfare’s new Battle Pass?
There are 100 tiers of content available in the Season 3 Battle Pass, some of which are free, but most fall under the premium paid section. Those who purchase it will automatically get operator Alex, who appeared in the game’s campaign.
Players will be happy to know that the two new weapons — the Renetti handgun and the SKS marksman rifle — are both free. Players will need to reach tiers 15 and 31 in the battle pass respectively to acquire the new-look guns.
For the first time this Call of Duty, players will also be able to unlock skins for their vehicles. Helicopters, trucks, and two-man buggies will all be able to glam-it-up across Verdansk if you get to the right tiers and unlock the cosmetic drops.
The Pass also offers 1,300 CoD Points in return – 1,000 from the premium section and 300 from the free tiers. Other than that, the rest of the tiers are filled with weapon blueprints, XP tokens, Operator skins, watches, and more.
