The ‘World Record Egg’ of Instagram fame has given fans yet another mysterious update – with the possibility of an appearance at the 2019 Super Bowl.
The egg uploaded a fifth photo to Instagram on February 1, which showed multiple cracks across its surface – as well as what appear to be photoshopped football laces.
“The wait is over,” the photo’s caption read. “All will be revealed this Sunday following the Super Bowl. Watch it first, only on Hulu.”
Popular streaming service Hulu likewise Tweeted out an incriminating post shortly thereafter, simply writing, “#EggGang.”
The egg has been going through a series of mysterious and gradual changes, following its record-breaking Instagram post from early January (and subsequent attempt at taking over both Twitter and YouTube, thanks to popular YouTuber MrBeast).

A series of cracks have been slowly appearing across the egg’s surface, with this latest update hinting at a possible reveal in collaboration with Hulu at the 2019 Super Bowl.
In fact, 2019 looks to be the year that the internet takes over the Super Bowl, with major personalities like streamer Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins and YouTube king Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg set to air commercials during the game.
So happy to share with you guys one of the many amazing things we’v e been working on and why I’ve been traveling so much. Catch me in the #NFL100 #SBLIIIcommercial right before halftime. pic.twitter.com/FEAQSdsYMP

MrBeast hinted at creating a commercial for PewDiePie as a means to combat his race against Bollywood label T-Series, while Ninja secured an appearance in a halftime commercial that has already been teased on Twitter.
It looks like the egg marks another addition of the internet realm bleeding over into the “real world,” leaving users to ask – what’s next?
