Liverpool star defender Trent Alexander-Arnold might be on his way to Premier League glory, but will his FIFA 20 Ultimate Team top the Weekend League charts anytime soon?
While they might be some of the best players in the world, footballers still find time to kick back and play some FIFA. Though, the only difference is that they can spend a pretty penny more on Ultimate Team and get their own card.
Just like many professional players who enjoy FUT, Alexander-Arnold has been handed his very own custom 99 card by EA SPORTS. So, it makes it obvious when you’re coming up against him.
Redditor SamHulz came up against the flying full-back’s ‘We Dem Boyz’ side during a recent session of Ultimate Team games and proved that he had done so by posting a picture of the lineup to the FIFA subreddit.
Amid the excitement of gearing up to play a professional player though, the Redditor didn’t exactly leave us with the cleanest of pictures but it is easy to pick out the defender’s own card, as well as his teammates in Allison, Virgil van Dijk, and Andy Robertson.
There is also room for quite a few legends including Patrick Vieira, Ruud Gullit, Johan Cruyff, and Ronaldo – while a Team of the Year Neymar card also makes it in.

Now, if you’re looking at that lineup and are wondering how the Player of the Month Vardy card makes it into the mix, don’t worry, you’re probably not alone.
However, SamHulz explained that Trent copied a common Ultimate Team tactic by subbing him almost instantly, but who replaced him? Well, it was none other than the Team of the Year Lionel Messi card.
Unless he’s made any changes since, the Liverpool defender’s team is pretty formidable and certainly better than the Dutch pair of Virgil Van Dijk and Quincy Promes, who also had their teams revealed recently.
However, the Liverpool players probably won’t be focusing on Weekend League all that much, they’ve got their own league title glory to chase after.
