Fortnite players can unlock a new ‘X-Force’ skin variant for Deadpool by completing the Marvel superhero’s week 9 challenges.
Although fans have already had the chance to unlock Deadpool’s signature look in Fortnite during weeks 7 and 8, the Marvel character still has more content for fans to collect.
In Fortnite’s week 9 challenges, players will be able to pick up a new skin variant which is inspired by the Deadpool’s parody of the X-men in Deadpool 2.
The white X-Force variant is set to be released with two styles in Fortnite, one with a mask on and one without, similar to the signature Deadpool skin.
Fortnite’s Week 9 challenges, which were leaked early by iFireMonkey, will require players to find Deadpool’s shorts and salute his pants in-game.
As with previous weeks, the location of Deadpool’s first challenge can be found within the Battle Pass tab. For Week 9 players will need to look inside of Midas’ room, after selecting him in the Agents tab, and Deadpool’s shorts will be hanging over the chair next to him.

The second part of the challenge requires players to track down Deadpool’s pants, which are tied to flagposts in-game, and use the ‘Salute’ emote in front of them.
During the latest update, Deadpool’s pants have been added to different locations in Fortnite, with one pair found on top of Mount Kay and another found on a roof in Sweaty Sands, however, only one of them is needed to complete the task.
Once you manage to complete these challenges, you will be rewarded with Deadpool’s X-Force skin which can be found in your Locker.
Deadpool’s Fortnite Takeover was set to run until Season 2 ended on April 30, but after Epic Games announced that they would be extending the season, it is unclear just how many challenges and rewards the Marvel superhero will have on offer.
