An Overwatch player demonstrated a useful tactic for Ashe players.
By using her Dynamite ability at the start of the game, Ashe can get a decent chunk of ultimate charge effectively for free.
Ashe’s Dynamite, if left undetonated manually (by being shot), goes off after four seconds. As well as dealing direct damage, it applies a damage-over-time burn to enemies it hits.
Playing on the defensive side, then, the dynamite can be thrown towards the attacking spawn door at exactly the right time to catch enemies as they enter the map, giving Ashe some ultimate charge and perhaps even assisting with an early assassination on certain maps.
As u/RmX__ showed, doing so can net as much as 25% ultimate charge, effectively before the game has really started.

Of course, there can be potential trade-offs to this tactic, as it also might grant ultimate charge to enemy healers or charge up an opposing Zarya if they’re aware enough to apply barriers in time. Nevertheless, many players may well consider it a worthwhile trade.
Not only has B.O.B. quickly become a fan-favorite character in the world of Overwatch, he’s also one of the more powerful ultimates in the game.
As well as applying a knock-up after charging in and then shooting at enemies, B.O.B. also acts as a seventh player for the team, able to capture objectives, be buffed and healed, and take any other interaction a fully-fledged hero can.
As a result, he also offers a lot of extra utility and clever tactics, as well as simply being a kill threat. Getting him early can therefore be incredibly valuable.
