After former 100 Thieves member Nick ‘NICKMERCS‘ Kolcheff left the organization and complained of failed promises, CEO Matthew ‘Nadeshot‘ Haag remained silent – until now.
During his May 28 stream, Nadeshot finally addressed the situation, following comments from NICKMERCS stating he would never work with him again, and no longer liked Nadeshot on a personal level.
NICKMERCS’ public accusations against Nadeshot were a surprise to many, as it initially appeared to have been an amicable departure, but has now become much more complicated.
On May 25, Kolcheff said he “wanted nothing to do” with Nadeshot again, citing a lack of experience at the CEO level for Nade’s shortcomings.
But Nadeshot is not interested in a “back and forth”, instead sending a message of support to his now-former friend and team member. “I have a lot of respect for what Nick has done with his career. I think he’s one of the best at what he does, as a content creator.”
“I’m not going to make a comment or statement on the situation at hand,” Nadeshot states, before continuing “I don’t think there’s any point to having this back and forth. I don’t want to do it. I’m sorry that Nick feels the way that he does, it’s just a tough situation.”

Nadeshot goes on to compliment how NICKMERCS has built up his personal brand, and his ‘MFAM’ community, wishing him “all the best”.
“He’s going to have a long and successful career,” Nadeshot explains. “He’s built the MFAM and himself individually, he’s going to be just fine.”
NICKMERCS spoke out against Hector ‘H3CZ’ Rodriguez, after the OpTic CEO appeared to side with Nadeshot on episode 30 of his Eavesdrop podcast.

NICKMERCS appears to be going his own way for now, although there is some speculation that he could join another organization in the near future, with FaZe Clan a potential suitor.
